Exemption as Secondary Producer

WetRoulette.com is not the "producer" of any sexually explicit content as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. To the extent 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 apply, WetRoulette.com qualifies for the exemption available to providers of interactive computer services under 47 U.S.C. § 230, and does not maintain records as a primary or secondary producer.

The video infrastructure powering this Platform is operated by CooMeet, which operates independently and maintains its own compliance with applicable laws. WetRoulette.com acts solely as a reseller/partner providing access to CooMeet's service.

Age Verification

WetRoulette.com requires all users to confirm they are 18 years of age or older as a condition of using the Platform. Users who provide false age information in violation of our Terms of Service do so in violation of law and assume full responsibility for such violations.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content involving minors. Any suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) will be reported immediately to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and relevant law enforcement.
