DMCA Policy
Last updated: April 2025
Our Commitment
WetRoulette.com respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices.
Because WetRoulette facilitates live, real-time video sessions only — with no recording, storage, or hosting of user-generated video content — copyright infringement claims regarding live session content should be directed to CooMeet, the infrastructure provider. Claims regarding content hosted on wetroulette.com itself (text, images, design) should be directed to us.
How to Submit a Takedown Notice
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature (as the copyright owner or authorised representative)
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material, with sufficient detail for us to locate it (URL, description)
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf

Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice
Send counter-notices to the same email address above. If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the removed material after 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In appropriate circumstances, WetRoulette will terminate the access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
