1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WetRoulette.com ("the Platform," "we," "us"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WetRoulette.com.

2. Age Requirement — 18+ Only

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using WetRoulette, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will terminate their access immediately. If you are aware of a minor using the Platform, report it to us at support@wetroulette.com immediately.

3. Description of Service

WetRoulette is an adult random video chat platform that connects users with other users via live video sessions. Video infrastructure is provided by CooMeet (our technology partner). WetRoulette acts as a reseller/partner and does not operate the video infrastructure directly. We do not record, store, or moderate live video sessions.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for all conduct and content transmitted during your sessions. You agree not to:

• Engage in, solicit, or facilitate any illegal activity
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Expose minors to adult content
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute content from other users without explicit consent
• Use the Platform to distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Platform

5. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access and may be reported to law enforcement: any sexual content involving minors (CSAM); non-consensual content of any kind; content promoting violence, terrorism, or hate speech; content that violates any applicable law or regulation.

6. Third-Party Services

Video sessions are facilitated through CooMeet's infrastructure. CooMeet's own terms of service and privacy policy apply to the video session itself. WetRoulette is not responsible for CooMeet's service availability, conduct moderation, or data practices. Links to external sites are provided for convenience only — we are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on WetRoulette.com (excluding user-generated video sessions) — including design, text, graphics, and code — is the property of WetRoulette.com and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE CONDUCT OR IDENTITY OF OTHER USERS. YOU USE THE PLATFORM ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WETROULETTE.COM AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, REPUTATION, OR PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (IF ANY).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WetRoulette.com and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
